What's New for the 2024 Ford Bronco Sport?
The Ford Bronco Sport, a compact iteration of the iconic Ford Bronco, blends rugged capabilities with timeless styling cues. For the 2024 model year, the Bronco Sport maintains its signature boxy and upright design, reminiscent of its predecessor. However, two new paint options, Desert Sand and Azure Gray, add to its appeal. The exterior boasts athletic black molding and a distinct rectangular grille with a central bar extending into the headlights, now featuring a circular LED element.
New for 2024 is the introduction of the Free Wheeling trim, a nod to the Bronco's heyday in the 1970s. This trim features sunset-style graphics, red-accented wheels, and a silver-painted grille. Inside, the Free Wheeling trim offers unique touches like a special plaque on the center console, red trim pieces, and a distinctive seat design.
Additionally, the 2024 Bronco Sport Big Bend now offers the Black Appearance package, which includes 17-inch wheels, matte black body accents, and a black grille.
Performance remains consistent with the previous model year, with the first four trim levels equipped with a three-cylinder, turbocharged 1.5-liter engine producing 181 horsepower. The top-tier Badlands trim boasts a more potent 250-horsepower, turbocharged 2.0-liter, four-cylinder engine. All trims feature standard all-wheel drive and an eight-speed automatic transmission.
The 2024 Ford Bronco Sport offers a variety of exterior features, including roof rails, a flip-up rear window, heated side mirrors, LED fog lights, all-terrain tires, tow hooks, and a two-tone color scheme. Safety features include adaptive cruise control, evasive steering assistance, lane-keeping assistance, rear parking sensors, a 180-degree camera, and forward collision mitigation.
Interior options vary depending on the chosen trim, with available features such as a navigation system, leather upholstery, heated seats, driver's memory controls, auto-dimming rearview mirror, wireless charging pad, Bang & Olufsen sound system, a household power outlet, digital driver's gauge screen, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and more.
