Town and Country Ford and Ford Motor Company have been strong advocates in the fight against breast cancer since 1993. In 2006, Ford ramped up its efforts by introducing Warriors in Pink and the Ford Warriors in Pink clothing line and gear. All proceeds are dedicated to charities that are related to the cause. The goal of this mission is to spread awareness on the topic of breast cancer, and to encourage women and men to engage in self-exams. An earlier diagnosis could save lives, which is why it imperative that this message reaches the broadest audience. Ford has already donated more than $120 million to the cause, and is committed itself for the long haul.
